Key challenge
Erste was looking to boost its information flow to improve access to banking product details. In the past, this caused extra workload for product specialists, and slowed down processes.
By using the bank’s internal database of product details (in multiple file formats), we created a chat-based agentic RAG solution with Azure AI Search. Clerks can ask their product-related questions which the system looks up using Advanced Document Processing, and answers while providing references to the original documents.
